Accessibility Statement

Hotel Rufolo is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council, as transposed into Italian law by Legislative Decree No. 106 of August 10, 2018.

Currently, the website is not yet fully compliant with the accessibility requirements set forth by the applicable legislation.

Reason for non-compliance

The website is currently undergoing reconstruction and structural updates, and as such, presents certain technical limitations and accessibility issues that may hinder full access to its content.

Remediation plan

A complete review and redevelopment of the website is already underway, with the objective of achieving compliance with the WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines (Level AA) and all relevant national and European regulations.

The new website is expected to be published by the third quarter of 2025.
